We all are going through Pandemic, Quarantined in our homes. We will never forget these times. It is very important during this period to keep our immunity boosted and Turmeric helps a lot in doing that. If Immunity itself is strong it helps the system to create antibodies to fight diseases.

Turmeric in Latte form is very creamy and tasty to gulp it down. Its golden color is mesmerizing. One can enjoy cold turmeric lattes is summer noons or have a warm cozy glass of Hot turmeric latte just before going to bed. It is a quick recipe, you may have it every day.
Let's start with the recipes
Iced Turmeric Latte
Yield: 1 glass
Total time: 15 min
Ingredients
Milk 250 ml
Cashews 1/2 cup
Almonds, blanched, skin removed 1/2 cup
Cinnamon Powder, 1 tsp
Turmeric powder, 1 tsp
Vanilla extract, 1tsp
Maple syrup, 2 tbsp
Direction
Bring all the ingredients together in a blender and blend together till creamy.
Pour in a glass topping with froth left in the blender.
Notes
Either use cold milk while blending or pour ice while serving in the glass
Vegans can use any plant-based milk instead of Regular Milk.
Hot Turmeric Latte
Yield: 1 glass
Total Time: 15 mins

Ingredients
Milk 250 ml
Cardamom pods 2-3
Turmeric Powder 1tsp
Cinnamon powder 1 tsp
Black pepper powder, 1 tsp
Maple syrup 2 tbsp
Direction
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil on medium heat.
Continuously whisk with a balloon whisk to froth milk.
Let it boil for 5-10 mins.
After the beautiful golden color is reached, serve in a glass with froth on top.
Notes
Vegans can use any plant-based milk instead of regular milk.
