Quick PB Chocolate Ice-cream

We all are Quarantined these days and cravings for something sweet or some street style food. Most of us are discovering our culinary side but sometimes ingredients are not at bay. Also, summers have already approached and we need things to help us beat the heat.


Peanut Butter Chocolate Icecream

We, at EatArtist, bring you just 5 ingredient Ice cream made up of Peanut Butter and chocolate which are both healthy and Yummy.

Peanut butter is a great source of protein that is rich in Potassium. It reduces the risk of blood pressure, gallstones, stroke, or heart diseases. It also has Vit-E and Antioxidants. Other than this great ingredient we are using Chocolate which is nutritional in its own way.....but who have chocolate for Nutrition? It's good anyway.

So we will be quick with the recipe

 

Quick PB Chocolate Ice-Cream



Yield: 6 scoops

Total time: 15 mins


Ingredients


Milk Cream, 2 cups

Sweetened Condensed Milk, 1 cup

Peanut Butter, 1 cup

Chocolate Spread,1/2 cup

Salt, a pinch

Chocolate bits (Optional)


Direction


  • In a mixing bowl, take milk cream. Add sweetened condensed milk. Add Peanut Butter, salt and Chocolate spread

  • Beat everything till properly mixed. There must be no lumps.

  • Take a container in which You want to refrigerate your ice-cream. Pour the mixture in the container. With chocolate, spread creates some lines to make a swirl.

  • Add Dark chocolate bits.

  • Freeze in the refrigerator for 6-7 hours.

  • Garnish with almonds or peanuts and enjoy.




Notes


  • We have not added sweetener because condensed milk and Peanut butter are already having sugar. If you like your ice-cream to be sweeter you may add sweetener.

  • Use all ingredients at Room Temperature for the best results.

  • When taking out the scoop, always dip your scooper in hot water.
