I like spicy and tangy food. Do you like it too? I have decided to prepare the classic Mexican oomph, Pico de Gallo. My version would be more like a salad rather than a proper Salsa.
Let's talk something about dish first.
Pico de gallo is a popular Mexican salsa which doesn't take more than 10 minutes to prepare. It means "beak of a rooster". It's so much colourful recipe and has a burst of flavours. In recipe where many ingredients are involved there is one hero too and that here is lime. It goes generously into this dish and trusts me you will be salivating.

Pico de Gallo Salad
Yield: 2-3 servings
Total time: 10-15 minutes.
Spinach or Any Salad Leaves you love.
1 large onion, chopped
1 large tomato, chopped
100 gms of diced Pineapple
1 Jalapeno chilli, chopped
1/2 lemon juice
1 tsp Garlic powder
Salt, as per taste
Grounded pepper, as per taste.
In a large bowl Mix onion, Tomatoes, pineapple and Jalapenos.
Season with Garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Generously squeeze fresh lime juice.
Give everything a good mix.
Top it with fresh cilantro.
Prepare a bed of your favourite salad leaves. Side with corn Nachos and Serve the above mixture in a fresh salad way.
Traditionally serrano chillies are used in Pico de Gallo. You may use any chilli according to your hotness quotient. I prefer the Jalapenos.
If you don't want it to be a salad you may exclude Salad leaves and rest the mixture for 2 -3 hours to enjoy it on aside.
You may also top it on your pizza, slip it into a burrito or your imagination is the key here.
