What to take for lunch or breakfast when in a jiffy ? Try this super simple vegetarian sandwich which you can make in no time or can prepare it as a make-ahead meal. Its very tasty as it contains all nutritional avocado and juicy tomatoes.
You need this because it has our favorite swiss style cheese and hello.......Who say no to cheese ?

So, lets dive into some quick morning goodness.......or whichever goodness.....your rules.
Avocado Tomcheese Sandwich
Ingredients
1 Avocado, Mashed
A loaf of bread, as per your liking
Lemon, Quarter wedge
Jalapeno Spicy Mayo or any other mayo
1 -2 Swiss Cheese slices
3-4 leaves of Butter lettuce
4-5 Cherry Tomatoes
1 Red Tomato
Salt and Pepper, as per your Taste
Direction
Prepare Avocado by mashing the soft part and flavor it with lemon juice
Cut bread loaf horizontally into two halves
Take one half of bread and start placing butter lettuce on it followed by Red tomato slice and cherry tomatoes.
Place cheese slices over tomatoes by breaking it into two parts.
On the other half of bread spread avocado mash.
Season it with some salt and pepper and spicy Mayo.
Combine the two halves and you are ready to go.
Note
You can incorporate your favorite veggies and cheese in this.
If making as make-ahead meal, consume within 2 Days.
Could be enjoyed alone or with warm tea or cold Juice.
